Description

A sfGFP peptide tag flanked by flexible linkers and a cassette encoding a visible marker flanked by piggyBac inverted terminal repeat sequences are inserted immediately after the sole fid translational start site. The visible marker cassette disrupts the open reading frame to generate a null allele due to stop codons in the inverted repeat sequences.
