Description

21kbp genomic BAC clone (CH322-187B14) that encompasses BubR1. The two DXXD caspase cleavage motifs in the coding sequence have been mutated (amino acid replacements D451A and D571A). A EGFP tag has been inserted at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence.
