Description

Frameshift deletion of bases 4:714100 and 4:714101 (R6) resulting in an E to G residue change followed by premature truncation of all protein isoforms. Alternative transcription start sites result in the changes having different positions in different protein isoforms, e.g., the E to G change occurs at position 294 in the RD isoform.

Comment:

Deletion of bases 4:714100 and 4:714101 in ey leads to an E to G residue change immediately followed by a premature stop in all isoforms.
