A fragment that extends from -400bp upstream to +2040bp downstream of the Hira ATG codon. Sequence encoding the B domain minimal region (amino acids 428-443) has been deleted. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of the Tag:FLAG tag.
