Description

A fosmid that encodes a deleted form of crb; encodes the extracellular and transmembrane domains (most of the intracellular domain has been deleted, with the exception of the N-terminal 7 amino acids - MARNKRAT). A EGFP tag has been inserted N-terminal to the fourth laminin A globular domain-like repeat.
