Description

FLP-mediated recombination between the FRT3 sites in Ecol\lexAdpp-blk.2A-QF2-2A-LG has excised the QF2 driver sequence. This leaves the dpp blk enhancer fused upstream of the following sequence elements: an Hsp70 promoter - a T2A peptide - an FRT3 site - the lexA::GAD driver - an FRT site - an SV40 termination signal.
