Description

The loxP cassette in TI{2A-lexA::GAD}nub2A-LG has been excised, removing the Disc\RFPDsRed.3xP3.cUa marker. This leaves sequence encoding T2A-lexA::GAD (with an Hsp70 terminator sequence) followed by a single loxP site, inserted into the endogenous nub locus.
