Description

FLP-mediated recombination between the FRT sites in Ncra\QFdpp-blk.2A-QF2-2A-LG has excised the lexA::GAD driver sequence. This leaves the dpp blk enhancer fused upstream of the following sequence elements: an Hsp70 promoter - a T2A peptide - an FRT3 site - the QF2 driver - an FRT site - an SV40 termination signal.
