A sfGFP tag has been inserted into the endogenous Cdk8 locus, at the C-terminal end of the coding sequence. A PBac{ScarlessHD-DsRed} element carrying the Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker has also been inserted, in the 3'UTR downstream of the sfGFP tag.
