    47bp deletion within Treh that removes the first two start codon; this deletion is expected to specifically affect the cytoplasmic isoform. A sequence cassette encoding an attP site, GAL4, and a Disc\RFP3xP3.cUa marker flanked by loxP sites has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence.
