Description

The entire kni transcription unit has been deleted (approximately 8.9kb deletion). A sequence cassette in which a pair of inverted attP sites flank a loxP cassette that contains a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence.
