Description

Approximately 5.3kb has been deleted from knrl (deletion includes approximately 4kb of sequence upstream of the transcription start site and extends into the first intron). A sequence cassette in which a pair of inverted attP sites flank a loxP cassette that contains a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence.
