Description

UASp sequences regulate expression of a fusion protein in which the N-terminal 1284 amino acids of Spc105R are fused to full-length Mis12. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with 6xTag:MYC. Silent mutations have been introduced into the Spc105R sequence to render the transgene resistant to RNAi mediated by the P{TRiP.GL00392} transgene.
