Two epitope tags have been inserted into the endogenous Burs locus: a Tag:FLAG has been added at the N-terminal end of of the mature secreted protein (insertion after the signal sequence) and a Tag:HA tag has been added at the C-terminal end of the mature secreted protein (insertions just before the stop codon).
