Sequence has been inserted into the attP site present in TI{mCherry}traKO.Cherry, reconstituting a tra locus in which the 17 RS/SR repeats of the female-specific tra protein (tra-F) have been mutated to Ala residues (this eliminates the splicing activity of the tra-F protein).
