Description

Sequence has been inserted into the attP site present in TI{mCherry}traKO.Cherry, resulting in a locus in which the D. melanogaster tra coding region has been replaced with the coding region of Tribolium castaneum Tcas\tra (the introns, 5'UTR and 3'UTR have not been swapped), resulting in the expression of Tcas\tra under the control of tra regulatory sequences.
