Sequence has been inserted into the attP site present in TI{mCherry}traKO.Cherry, reconstituting a tra locus with a 2A-lexA::p65 cassette inserted just upstream of the stop codon of the female-specific coding sequence. This locus only produces wild-type tra-F protein and lexA::p65 in females.
