The RMCE cassette of the TI{CRIMIC.TG4.1}CG11360^{CR02793-TG4.1} insertion has been replaced with a 'Double Header' (DH) trapping cassette (contains two independent trapping modules oriented in opposite directions). The insertion is in a coding intron of CG11360 (in the protein-trap orientation relative to the gene) and is predicted to trap the gene with a EGFP-FlAsH-StrepII-TEV-3xFlag multi-tag cassette. The PCR check of the insertion gave a weak, longer than expected band for the left flank and the expected sized product for the right flank. The insertion junction of the right flank was verified by sequencing.
