Description

10xUAS regulatory sequences (from pJFRC81) regulate expression of APEX2 that is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:SS(Akh) signal peptide and Tag:M(hCD4) transmembrane sequence and at the C-terminal end with Tag:V5. The APEX2 peptide is intracellular in the encoded protein.
