UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of arm carrying two mutations (T52A and S56A) and in which all 10 aromatic residues in the intrinsically disordered C-terminal domain and all 9 aromatic residues in the intrinsically disordered N-terminal domain are mutated to alanine. Tagged at the C-terminal with Tag:FLAG.
