Description

The 'SEED-sfGFP' cassette in TI{TI}ihogSEED-sfGFP has been removed by 'harvesting' (using Cas9 together with 'gRNA#1' (sequence GTAGTACGATCATAACAACG) and 'gRNA#2' (sequence GTACATCCATACAGTACCAG) to trigger a single-strand annealing repair event), reconstituting a functional sfGFP tag in the ihog locus, at the C-terminal end of the coding region.
