Description

An αTubulin promoter drives expression of the N-terminal, MZM/REP region of Hsap\MIB1 fused, via a linker of 22 residues, to the ccRING3 region of Hsap\MIB1. A point mutation that has been shown to disrupt the dimerization interface has been introduced into the RING domain (amino acid substitution I974E).
