Description

A Tag:V5 tag flanked by flexible linkers and a visible marker flanked by piggyBac inverted terminal repeat sequences have been inserted immediately downstream of the Sps2 translational start site. This insertion generates a null allele due to stop codons in the inverted repeat sequences.
