A fragment containing mutated Su(H) sequence tagged with mCherry has been reintroduced into the attP site present in TI{TI}Su(H)attP, resulting in a Su(H) coding region carrying the amino acid replacement S269A (non-phosphorylatable mutation) and tagged at the C-terminal end with mCherry. A single loxP site is also present in the 3'UTR.
