SNP 4:1149173 C to G, SNP 4:1149176 A to C, frameshift deletion (3bp) of 4:1149178 through 1149180, frameshift deletion (5bp) of 4:1149183 through 1149187 and SNP 4:1149188 G to T resulting in the addition of GSHLWENTHNAGRRKFQQQHWNNSQMF after phenylalanine 85 of the single Kif3C isoform and premature truncation after these novel amino acids.
