Description

The nanos promoter and complete 5'UTR are fused upstream of a stg coding sequence in which the high-confidence potential rl-dependent phosphorylation sites have been mutated (amino acid replacements S68A, S76A, S80A, and S217A), followed by the nanos 3'UTR.
