Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}ShMI10885 insertion has been replaced with a FlpTag conditional tagging cassette that is inserted in the same orientation to the direction of Sh transcription. In the absence of FLP, the Sh gene is tagged with smV5, but in the presence of FLP recombinase, the FlpTag cassette is stably inverted, resulting in loss of this tagging.
