Description

The RMCE cassette present in TI{TI}Rab39KO has been has been replaced by cDNA sequence (followed by a polyA tail) encoding mutant Hsap\RAB39B carrying the pathogenic T168K variant, resulting in a locus in which the Hsap\RAB39B coding sequence is expressed under the control of endogenous Rab39 regulatory sequences.
