Description

A sfGFP tag (preceeded by a Gly-Gly-Gly linker) has been inserted into the endogenous tor locus, at the C-terminal end of the coding sequence. A Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker (flanked by termini from the Tni\piggyBac transposable element) has also been inserted, downstream of the sfGFP tag.
