Description

The Act5C promoter drives expression of the shg 5'UTR and a partial shg coding sequence comprised of two initial cadherin repeats, the shg transmembrane domain and part of the cytoplasmic domain without the β-Catenin-binding domain. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with EYFP.
