Description

Amino acid replacement in the C1 domain present in both A and B isoforms (mutation results in H1723K change in the unc-13 A isoform). In addition, a mEos3.2 tag has ben inserted into the endogenous unc-13 locus, at the C-terminal end of the coding sequence.
