Description

DNA has been re-integrated into the attP site in TI{TI}cnoΔΔ, reconstituting a cno locus in which the nucleotides encoding amino acids 1130-1926 have been deleted (this removes part of the intrinsically disordered region, but the F-actin binding region is still present). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP.
