DNA has been re-integrated into the attP site in TI{TI}cnoΔΔ, reconstituting a cno locus that encodes a protein containing only the helix region of the intrinsically disordered region (only amino acids 1567-1670 of the wild-type protein are present). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP.
