Description

DNA has been re-integrated into the attP site in TI{TI}cnoΔΔ, reconstituting a cno locus that encodes the complete coding sequence, but with the addition of a short peptide linker on each side of the proximal part of the intrinsically disordered region (amino acids 1130-1926); the inserted linkers are PAGG upstream and GTS downstream. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP.
