Description

A sequence cassette has been inserted just upstream of the N-terminus of the Fer3 open reading frame. The cassette is composed of: an FRT stop cassette - a self-cleaving T2A peptide - lexA::p65 driver sequence - a second T2A peptide. The presence of the FRT stop cassette should prevent transcription of Fer3.
