Description

A FRT-Tag:V5-Stop-FRT-Tag:FLAG-Stop-loxP-Disc\RFPmCh.3xP3.cUa-loxP cassette was inserted into endogenous 18w, then the Disc\RFPmCh.3xP3.cUa marker was removed via P1cre. In the absence of FLP, the protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:V5 and in the presence of FLP, the protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG.
