Description

A transgenic reporter containing the shen gene region, in which the shen coding sequence has been replaced with mCherry coding sequence. mCherry is thus sandwiched between, and regulated by, 2,749 bp of genomic DNA upstream and 480 bp of genomic DNA downstream of the shen CDS.
