Description

An aberrant homologous recombination event at the gNacα locus has resulted in the insertion of donor plasmid sequence in which gNacα upstream and downstream homology were inserted into the pHD-DsRed-attP plasmid (which contains a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker flanked by loxP sites, plus a single attP site). Two full repeats and a partial repeat of the donor plasmid have been inserted in place of the gNacα gene, such that the inserted sequence includes 3 copies of the Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker.
