UASt sequences regulate expression of Hsap\AKT1 that contains an 8 amino acid tandem duplication that affects the sixth beta strand; the duplicated residues are WPNTFIIR, and the duplication is within a codon, leading to a change of one residue - the W). This variant has been identified in patients with juvenile-type granulosa cell tumors. The coding sequence is tagged with 3xTag:FLAG.
