Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}Ank2MI01704 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.1} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to Ank2. This is expected to truncate the Ank2 protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous Ank2 regulatory sequences.
