Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}RIC-3MI10750 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.1} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to RIC-3. This is expected to truncate the RIC-3 protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous RIC-3 regulatory sequences.
