Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}dpr9MI03594 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.1} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to dpr9. This is expected to truncate the dpr9 protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous dpr9 regulatory sequences.
