The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}CG32204MI10867 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.0} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to CG32204. This is expected to truncate the CG32204 protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous CG32204 regulatory sequences.
