The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}CG6184MI05863 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.0} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to CG6184. This is expected to truncate the CG6184 protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous CG6184 regulatory sequences.
