Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}Lim3MI03817 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.1} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to Lim3. This is expected to truncate the Lim3 protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous Lim3 regulatory sequences.
