Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}Nrx-1MI10278 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.1} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to Nrx-1. This is expected to truncate the Nrx-1 protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous Nrx-1 regulatory sequences.
