Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}Octβ3RMI06217 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.1} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to Octβ3R. This is expected to truncate the Octβ3R protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous Octβ3R regulatory sequences.
