Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}Pde1cMI09447 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.2} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to Pde1c. This is expected to truncate the Pde1c protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous Pde1c regulatory sequences.
