Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}Pde6MI07106 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.0} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to Pde6. This is expected to truncate the Pde6 protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous Pde6 regulatory sequences.
