Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}VhaAC45RPMI00107 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.0} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to VhaAC45RP. This is expected to truncate the VhaAC45RP protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous VhaAC45RP regulatory sequences.
